Cat W/C Air Filtration System

Two cats use the downstairs WC for their litter trays, and it can smell. My idea is a cat flap in the door and a wall-mounted air filter in the room, inspired by IKEA's FÖRNUFTIG flat-panel purifier: a DC fan on a plug-in power supply, HEPA and activated carbon filters, and an ESP32 that reports the air quality over Wi-Fi to a server.
